Since our Incorporation in the State of Texas in February 2004, the purpose of our
network has been to accomplish at least three things . . .
* promote the work and value of local associations of churches
* encourage & support Associational Director of Missions and their families
* resource the Associational Director of Missions with tools for effective ministry

* assist in promoting and advancing the importance of Associations
* provide role orientation for new Associational Directors of Missions
* assist Associations in the process of calling a Associational Directors of Missions
* provide skill and relational training opportunities for Associational Directors of Missions
* offer assessment evaluation and training for prospective Associational Directors of Missions

our polity and relationships
The TXADOM Network is an autonomous and thus maintains the right and privilege to govern itself in all matters, independent of any church, association, ecclesiastical body or other organization. Recognizing the benefits of cooperation with churches, associations, ecclesiastical bodies and organizations the TXADOM Network, may, from time to time and for specific purposes, voluntarily affiliate and/or cooperate with other entities and organizations, as the TXADOM Network deems appropriate.
our Dues
The efforts of TXADOM are funded by its member Associations. The cost of dues is a base cost of $25 and $1 per church/church start not to exceed a maximum of $200 in total. Dues are payable at the August Annual Meeting or at the time the Association becomes active in TXADOM.
